Application Process
We are currently opening applications for our 2024-2025 Cohorts.
Applicants accepted into these cohorts will receive special grants to get a jump start building their own fencing club.
Initial Application
We’ll determine whether you are a perfect fit for the incubator, and figure out which cohort timing will suit you best. The four start-up cohorts of the 2024-2025 USA Fencing season will begin: June 2024, September 2024, January 2025, and April 2025.
Interview Process
Each applicant that makes it through the first round will go through our interview process. Since we’ll be long-term partners with our accepted applicants, we want to get to know each other and learn more about your business aspirations and dreams.
Due Diligence
All applicants must be up to date with their SafeSport certifications and background checks. We will conduct additional due diligence such as reference checks and credit checks. As investors and partners in your business, we will make sure there are no roadblocks to getting started building your own fencing club.
Offer Letter
If you’re accepted into one of the upcoming four cohorts of the USA Fencing Incubator, we’ll provide you with a former offer letter and a standard operating agreement outlining the specifics of our partnership.
Getting Started
Once you’ve accepted a spot in one of our cohorts, we’ll move forward with the process of setting up your new legal entity and getting everything in motion to get your club launched and running!
